A Kaymich Support Contract gives you the peace of mind that your Kaymich systems will be running efficiently, avoiding costly machine downtime. It includes the following:
Service Visits
• One ‘A’ service and one ‘A+’ service per year, inclusive of all flights and accommodation for these visits.
• Our ‘A’ service provides cleaning, calibration of the pump, replacement of all seals and a complete system check. Any issues will also be identified and a detailed report provided.
• Our ‘A+’ service includes all the features of the ‘A’ service as well as a complete machine strip down, clean and rebuild with settings optimised to ensure that the system is working at maximum efficiency. Advice will also be given on any parts which may need replacing.
Parts
• All consumable spares for the services are included.
• Software and Firmware updates and upgrades are provided free of charge during the contract term.
• A 15% discount on all required replacements parts on the contracted machine during the contract term.
Support
• Preferential treatment in breakdown situations.
• Unlimited remote technical support including out of hours where available.
• Access to a dedicated support email address.
• Additional offerings such as repairs, breakdown resolution or training available at a reduced cost within the contract term.
We offer Support Contracts for 1, 2 or 3 year terms with additional discounts of 10% for 2 years or 15% for 3 years as recognition of your commitment to Kaymich.
